You have the opportunity to charter* a unique 45 foot performance yacht, including skipper and including all other fees to a very competitive price. S/Y Duplexity is sailing in the Cyclades (SE of Athens, Greece), which is one of the best sailing areas in the world.

Duplexity is an Elan 450 Performance Cruiser. This model has three cabins, two heads and shower cabin, large cockpit with large table for 6 /7 people. She is custom made to offer a combination of luxury comfort and great sailing performance. If you compare this Elan 450 - ´Duplexity´ with other charter yachts you will find a lot more equipment, which give you more comfort and you will sail faster and enjoy every time you will have the position at helm.

Thanks to twin-rudder Elan 450 performance is designed with wide aft to enhance form stability and together with performance keel (steel fin / lead bulb) and performance rig, the boat has impressive capability and power of great sailing performance. Feel the difference of next generation design with twin rudders, which offer perfect control and feeling for helmsman. Elan 450 Performance is 10-30% faster than charter cruisers as Bavaria, Jeanneau, Beneteau Oceanis, even if you compare with a larger size (50-55 foot).

Rental offer

Duplexity - Elan 450 ( 3 cabin version) is in condition as new (build year 2009). It's probably the best Yacht in 45 foot size you can find at the market for charter* in Greece. At the same time you will find this yacht at a discounted price in favor even if compared with less sophisticated pure cruiser. In table below you can see comparison with a Bavaria 45 (2011) - You get a faster and more comfortable Elan 450 including skipper to a great discount. 

All inclusive excl. food offer; includes yacht with skipper, port fees, diesel, performance sails (Code 0 & Gennaker), Dinghy incl 5 hp outboard, final cleaning. Max 6 guests in three private cabins.  Price with 10% early booking discount:

€ 3 240 per week during June and September. 

€ 3 510 per week during July and August.

Yacht base is Lavrion harbour 35 km SE of Athens airport (25 min by car).

We are able to offer an extended period, days or a week, with further discount, also another changeover day, depending of booking situation; ask for quote.

*) "Charter" of Duplexity is in conditions as paying crew, this is likely as sailing together as friends and you are paying a "rental price" which will cover cost, some of them below. Regarding responsibility at sea, every ship has one person (Captain) as responsible, regardless who at helm. Skipper is captain and always responsible. See further on at "Terms & Conditions".
